Please read any product description as well as any shipping information carefully, before proceeding with your purchase.

All items are sent via Hellenic Post Service.

We ship worldwide.

Products will be shipped within 1-4 days after your payment is completed.
Special occasions, such as strikes, public holidays and weekends are excluded.

Domestic Post (orders within Greece): 

  • Standard:Through the Standard parcel post service you can locate where your parcel is, using a "track and trace" barcode number. You can add your mobile number and your email to be informed of the arrival day of your parcel. You can pick your parcel at Hellenic Post Services branches or their postal agencies. Parcels are normally delivered in 3-5 working days after the day of posting. 

International Post:

  • Standard
  1. EU residents and other countries in Europe: For EU residents orders are normally delivered in 3-5 working days. For destinations outside the EU delivery period is 3-8 working days and it depends on the quality of each country's postal service.
  2. USA / Australia / elsewhere: Orders are delivered in 8-10 working days.
  • Registered

At an extra cost of €2.50, residents worldwide can locate where your package is, using "track and trace" barcode number. We recommend to use this option as the safest way to be informed about your order status.


  • The estimated shipping time may vary a lot before and during the holiday season, so please complete your orders in time ( for example in order to have your package on time for Christmas,we suggest that you have completed your purchases for gifts until the 15th of November).
  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays, damaged or lost packages. Please make sure that you write down the right shipping address!
  • All the pinqueen products are shipped by default in a beautiful package with care, so that your purchase arrives to you on time and in perfect condition.
  • We can also ship directly to your gift recipient 's address. In this case, you may send us an email or writing the note you wish to be included in the note area section during checkout.

Payment methods + Taxes

  • Cash on Delivery (available ONLY for shipping within Greece at an extra cost of €2.30)

Please take care to complete the payment within 2 days otherwise the order will be canceled and the product will be relisted.

VAT is included in all products. Shipping costs are additional during your order 's checkout process. 

The buyer is the only responsible for any fees or taxes that might be charged upon the arrival of their purchase.

EU residents are normally excluded by additional taxes.

All credit card payment transactions are performed through PayPal's safe and fast electronic payment platform.

In the unlikely event your card issuer fails to authorize payment to us, we cannot proceed to shipping your order until the process is completed.We will not be responsible for any delays or non-performance.

Returns + Refunds

We create every single product with love and care, paying attention to every detail. 

We strive to present by photo shooting all items accurately. Please keep in mind that colors of the actual product may slightly differ than the ones on your monitor.

If you are pleased with your purchase, we would appreciate a positive review from you!

If not, please contact us before you send it back, explaining the reasons your order did not completely satisfied you, so we can discuss an alternative solution. 

Our Returns & Refunds period lasts 14 days according to the EU regulations.

  • If 14 days have gone (weekends & public holidays counting in as well) by since your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • Gift cards and Sales product orders are final and non-returnable. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, having pricing label as well.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, won't be accepted back.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, won't be accepted as well.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should contact us before and we will email you the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping back an item over 50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
